Description:  This workshop is a rare opportunity in that two great chemistry teachers will share the best activities, demonstrations, labs, hooks, and hints from their 70+ years experience in science education and professional development.  Attendees will get to make some innovative and useful chemistry demonstration equipment from common materials.  This workshop was extremely well-received when sponsored by STEM at UMASS Amherst last year.  Get content area PDPs and a wealth of knowledge all in a one-day format.  All activities are standards based and hand-outs will be provided for each.
