Mark your calendars! The Salem State Collaborative will be sponsoring a practice

AP Chemistry Exam on March 27^th. The session will allow students to take the 2009 AP free-response section questions and the 2002 AP multiple-choice questions in an appropriate and timed atmosphere. Students will start the exam with the free-response questions, followed by the multiple-choice section. This is done to allow time for the instructors to grade the free-response questions while the multiple-choice section is being administered. Following the exam, lunch will be served and the students will leave. At the completion of the scoring, teachers will be given their students graded test material along with an item analysis of the Multiple Choice section of their class.

The registration cost is $10 per student for schools that are members of the Collaborative and $20 per student for non-member schools. We are requiring students to be accompanied by their teachers. Teachers are needed to help grade the exams.

A completed registration form for each school is due by Friday, February 26^th. Space is limited to 250 students. Reserve your spot today and mail in the registration below by the February deadline.

1:30 Scoring completed and teachers leave with results.

Note: Please do not use the 2009 AP Chemistry free-response portion of the exam or the 2002 AP Chemistry multiple-choice portion of the exam for practice questions.
