Description: This seminar is designed to help administrators and other school leaders establish an effective professional learning community in the area of data collection and assessment.  The seminar will explicitly give guidelines on how to set up grade level data assessment teams to review classroom and grade level data on a regular basis.  The participants will discuss which data is worth collecting, as well as how to organize the data in meaningful ways.  Discussion points will involve how to begin and sustain meaningful conversations regarding grade level results as well as individual classroom results in order to improve instruction and student achievement.
